Take 2 cups of your muesli, dates and malt syrup and add to a food processor. Blend together and roll into a ball, rolling into the rest of your muesli. Place on a baking sheet and place into your stainless steel fridge to get firm before storing. Boom! You’re done.

  • 420 g canned baked beans
  • 400 g canned kidney beans drained
  • 1/2 cup cheese grated
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs chili sauce *to taste

Heat everything in a saucepan, adding the cheese and sauces last. Top with either additional cheese, sour cream, or green onions and serve with chips of your choice. Delicious!
